Christina Ricciardi is a family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience ranging from the hospital to an office setting. Christina started her career in a busy metropolitan hospital with a diverse patient population. She worked there as a floor nurse, assistant head nurse, and eventually clinical nurse manager, where she mentored, motivated, and empowered her staff, in the principles of advocacy, critical thinking, and coordination of patient care to promote and optimize patient outcomes.
Ms. Ricciardi completed both her Bachelors of Science and masters in nursing at LIU Post with magna cum laude achievement. She believes through education, research, evidence based clinical practice, and advancing her own clinical knowledge of best practices that she will improve the health and outcomes of her patients. She’s a team player ready to provide collaborative care, specializing in overactive bladder, advanced prostate cancer, and BPH therapies.
She belongs to groups such as the ANA (American Nurses Association), NPALI (Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island), and SUNA (Society of Urologic Nurses & Associates).
